Michael Blount Jr formed Panoptic Realty in 2013 with the goal of better serving his clients.  The company’s primary specialties include industrial, land, and retail.

With real estate and development experience of 15 years, Michael has the ability to evaluate an opportunity while keeping a cautious eye on potential risk.  His career includes landmarks only achieved by lifetime professionals.  Michael has brokered hundreds of thousands of square feet, brokered hundreds of acres of land, and consulted in the development of over $65 million in past, current, and future development deals.  Michael is currently advising on and will broker 236,000 square feet of new industrial space, spread throughout Houston, set for tenancy between Q3 2017 and Q2 2019.

Michael Blount Jr’s special expertise shines when it comes to analysis.  Understanding the keystone principle of location, Michael is able to run and interpret varying forms of analysis that ensure that a business is properly located to maximize opportunity and exposure while minimizing downside and risk.  Michael commonly utilizes complex mapping and forecasting tools to create traffic flow and drive-time analysis in order to reduce fuel cost and transaction time, while increasing access to the end user.  Michael has consulted on projects ranging from the development of large industrial parks to a lifestyle center anchored by a movie theater.

A native Houstonian, Michael holds a degree from the University of Houston in business management and marketing.  Michael enjoys recreational time such as hiking and running with his wife on the weekends and is an avid photographer.

Troy Hudson isn’t your typical agent. With almost 13 years as an Engineer in Oil & Gas, he is meticulous and devoted in his dealings. Having successful experience as a Design Engineer, Engineering Manager, Solutions Engineer and Instructor, Troy’s approach to real estate will be multifaceted.

Raised in Grand Cayman and then moving to Aberdeen, Scotland as a teenager, Troy was fortunate to attend an International High School as well as attain an Engineering Degree in Scotland before moving to Houston, Texas. Troy is an individual with worldly experiences, an immense understanding of multicultural awareness, and has a wide range of competencies gained in his previous career.

Troy enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids, running, woodworking and tinkering on his classic mini.
